Open-World Survival Horror Game ‘Wronged Us’ Announced for Consoles and PC

Independent developerDelusional Studio has announced Wronged Us, an open-world survival horror game for unspecified consoles and PC. The game is still in early development, and is expected to release in 2023.
Wronged Usis a cinematic story-driven experience in which players will explore a “detailed,” abandoned small town. The game features psychological horror, puzzles, and battles with monsters. According to an official description, players will be able to freely explore the town, and interact with various non-playable characters.
Wronged Us is being made by a solo developer, who is looking to hire a team to finish the project off. You can see how it looks in its “very” early stage in the video below.
“The trailer was made from different builds of the game,” Delusional Studio explained. “Like mentioned before, it’s still very early in development, so things like character models and environments are placeholders for now and will look much better later on.”
“Open world and NPC quest design is inspired by Dark Souls,” Delusional Studio wrote on its website. “You wont have any UI telling you where to go, whether you have started, finished, or failed a side quest.Story, settings, and atmosphere are inspired by Silent Hill.Gameplay and gameplay mechanics are inspired by Resident Evil.”
